Abstract Guidelines

Conference proceedings will be published on the conference website and as a CD-ROM with ISBN indexed in RISC (Russian Index of Research Citation).
The organizers welcome extended abstracts of speaker's proposals in English.
Please submit: Title - 10 words max., Abstract - 50-60 words, Keywords - 5-6 words, Extended Abstract - 500-600 words, Author's full name (s), Academic title, Affiliation, Contact e-mail.
Abstract submission guidelines:
Extended abstracts must be submitted as DOC file. First author's name must be included in the file name.
Example of file name: AUTHOR'S NAME ABSTRACT.DOC
Paper format - A4
Page margins (upper, lower, left, right) - 2 cm
Line spacing - single
Font - Times New Roman
Font size - 14
Indentation - 0.75
Page numbering - no
Author's name and initials - center-aligned, lower case
Affiliation (organization, city, country) - center-aligned, lower case
PAPER TITLE - CENTER-ALIGNED, UPPER CASE

Text of the paper - justified alignment. |
Define abbreviations and acronyms the first time they are used in the text.
Insert figures and tables after they are cited in the text. Figure captions should be below the figures (Times New Roman 12, center-aligned, no indentation). Table heads should appear above the tables, table data should be left-aligned (Times New Roman 9).
References are placed at the end of the paper. Please refer to the reference number and page number, as in [1, p. 25].
Deadline for abstract submission is 20 October 2014.
The organizing committee cannot ensure the publication of papers that do not comply with
the guidelines above, received after submission deadline, or without registration fee
paid.
