How to Participate
To register for the conference and submit a proposal, please visit the Register Here
section of this website.
Deadline for registration and proposal submission is 20 October 2014.
Registration fee is applicable and includes one copy of conference proceedings as a CD-ROM with ISBN indexed in RISC (Russian Index of Research Citation) and a certificate of participation.
Registration fee is 250 RUB + postal costs for CD-ROM shipment (120 RUB for participants from Russia; 250 RUB for NIS countries; shipment costs to other countries to be specified).

Please note that papers of the participants who have not paid the registration fee will not be included in the conference proceedings.
To ensure you registration fee has been received please send a copy of payment
receipt before 20 October 2014 to intercomtstu@mail.ru,
contact person - Zhanna Shishkina. The organizing committee will notify the participants of having received abstract and payment in a one-week time.
